Did you know Michael Weatherly has six siblings? Did you know his father possibly did the worse thing EVER when Michael decided to become an actor? Did you know that....well, I'm getting ahead of myself here. So, I'm going to go ahead and tell you all (trying not to let myself type y'all...I type like I talk!) a little bit about our beloved Michael.
Michael Manning Weatherly Jr. was born July 8, 1968 in New York City to Patricia and Michael Manning Weatherly Sr. (who made millions as the American importer of the Swiss Army Knife). He wasn't raised in New York City, he was raised in Fairfield, Conneticut. He had a lot of siblings, six, to be exact. But, only one of the siblings was both a child to his mother and his father. That is his only brother, Will. Just imagine growing up with five sisters.
In his later (though, not much later) years, Michael played in a band. He also graduated from Brooks School in North Andover, Massachusetts in 1986. He also studied at the American University of Paris. When Michael decided to become an actor, his father disinherited him! His first TV shows where The Cosby Show
(i remember the episode he was in from reruns), Loving and The City. He was also in a television show that starred Jennifer Garner, but only lasted six episodes (it was called Significant Others). Michael has also been in several movies including Meet Wally Sparks, Cabin by the Lake and Tigger Happy which was an independent film. Michael has a son, his name is August Manning Weatherly, with his former wife and co-star Amelia Heinle. He was engaged to Jessica Alba in 2001, but they split in 2003 (that was one pretty couple!)
No matter what he is doing, where he is doing it, or why he is doing it, you can always be sure that it will be full of corny jokes and laughter. No matter what role he plays, he will always be my favorite as Logan Cale in Dark Angel or as NCIS Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo.
