NCIS Gibbs Interrogates Harmon Rabb in 'Ice Queen' (JAG)

When Ice Queen and Meltdown originally aired they were separate shows, 1 hour each in the JAG time slot.  When NCIS had their "Pilot" episode in their time slot they condensed the two hours to just one. Pauley Perrette (lab technician Lilly in this episode) would later co-star on the NCIS series as Abby the Forensic Specialist. Sign the JAG Movie Petition!

URM Reaches Fundraising Goal for @HopeGardens

Union Rescue Mission reaches fundraising goal — and that means Hope Gardens can stay open

Officials at Union Rescue Mission said Friday that they had raised sufficient funds to keep open Hope Gardens, a transitional housing center for women and children in the foothills of the San Fernando Valley.

"I'm feeling great relief," said Andy Bales, chief executive of Union Rescue Mission. "We're planning a celebration next month at Hope Gardens."

It’s been a long seven weeks for ‘NCIS‘ fans, but with Sean Murray’s signing of a new deal, they can go to bed tonight knowing that the whole team will be accounted for when TV’s most watched scripted series returns in the fall.

The ‘NCIS’ faithful had been on the edge of their seats since late April, when word broke that no less than four series regulars – Murray (who plays McGee), Michael Weatherly (Tony), Pauley Perrette (Abby) and David McCallum (Ducky) – were not signed for Season 8, and being tendered “pretty low-ball offers” to continue on.

Nonetheless, McCallum quickly hammered out his own new pact, followed shortly thereafter by Perrette.

NCIS Contracts: Sean Murray Signs New 'NCIS' Contract

CBS has been drama central lately, and not because of the storylines in its top-rated scripted programming.

Nope, the network has made headlines as financial concerns have made for uncertain times on two of CBS' dramas: 'Criminal Minds' and 'NCIS.' the top-rated scripted series that helped CBS continue its streak (for the seventh time in eight years) as the most-watched broadcast network during the 2009-10 TV season.

But things are looking up on one front today, as the final holdout among the unsigned actors on 'NCIS' has made a new deal with CBS. According to Fancast.com, Sean Murray, who plays Special Agent Timothy McGee, has signed a contract to return to the show for its upcoming eighth season.

Weatherly Re-Signs With ‘NCIS’; Murray Now Lone Holdout

Agent Tony DiNozzo and his myriad movie references are here to stay, now that Michael Weatherly has inked a new multi-year deal with CBS’ top-rated ‘NCIS.’

Weatherly had been optimistic about re-signing with the show, telling Fancast that within the ‘M*A*S*H’ pantheon of things, he likened ‘NCIS’ Tony to Loretta Swit’s long-running, never-replaced character. “You know who I am? Hot Lips Hoolihan,” he said.

Entering into the summer hiatus, Weatherly was one of four series regulars who had new contracts to negotiate, lest they not RSVP for Season 8. Now that he, Pauley Perrette (Abby) and David McCallum (Ducky) have hammered out new deals, all eyes are now on Sean Murray (who plays McGee).

NCIS Contracts: Michael Weatherly Signs Deal to Return

After a protracted and somewhat contentious negotiation period, Michael Weatherly has finally signed a new, multi-year deal to return to NCIS for its eighth season.

Entertainment Weekly confirms that Weatherly, who plays wise-cracking Tony DiNozzo, will be back for Season 8 and beyond, keeping the cast almost wholly intact.

Sean Murray is the only cast member without a new contract. Pauley Perrette, Rocky Carroll, and David McCallum all reached new deals to return in recent months.

Tony is officially staying put.

Michael Weatherly is the latest NCIS regular to ink a new multi-year deal with the show, sources confirm to me semi-exclusively.

For those keeping track at home, here’s where the 2010 NCIS Contract Renegotiation Saga stands as of this evening: Of the five actors in limbo, Weatherly, Pauley Perrette, Rocky Carroll, and David McCallum have all reached new deals to return. Sean Murray is the sole cast member still in negotiations. Mark Harmon and Cote de Pablo already had deals in place for next season.
